Default 5-lug Hub Hitting Z32 E-Brake Assembly

I'm trying to install Z32 ebrakes onto Z32 uprights and the wheel studs on my Circuit Sports 5-lug hubs are hitting. Am I overlooking something or the hubs too thick to work with this setup?

Id start investing the hub a little, size of the width to an OEM hub see if the difference is that bad. My old z32 Ebrake setup cleared everything without a hitch.

Look at the top pic. The anchor isn't in all the way. It's clocked and the hole doesn't look lined up with dowel piece of the hub
