Default Info: Part Numbers for Zenki->Kouki Body Conversion (S14)

Info: Part Numbers for Zenki->Kouki Body Conversion (S14)

Before I even bought my car I had done a lot of research into what all the necessary parts were to convert an s14 Zenki into an s14 Kouki. Since Nissan actually made the Kouki version in the USA for 2 years (albeit only about 5K of them) You can do the entire conversion using USDM Parts, which is particularly nice for the headlights. There are however slight differences between some of the USDM and JDM body panels and for those instances I've supplied the part numbers for both.

AFAIK you can order these parts (at least the USDM ones) direct from Nissan. I have no idea on what they charge but I've included the average prices that I've seen new and unused versions of these parts selling for when on eBay, forums etc.

Front End
  • Hood - [USDM/JDM] - F5100-81FCM - $300
  • Fender (Right) - [USDM/JDM] - F3100-80F30 - $220
  • Fender (Left) - [USDM/JDM] - F3101-80F30 - $220
  • Bumper Reinforcement Bar - [USDM/JDM] - 62030-81F00 - $150
  • Bumper Retainer Strip - [USDM/JDM] - 62290-80F00 - $85
  • Bumper Energy Absorber - [USDM/JDM] - 62090-81F00 - $100
  • Bumper Bracket (Right) - [USDM/JDM] - 62222-80F00 - $5
  • Bumper Bracket (Left) - [USDM/JDM] - 62223-80F00 - $5
  • Headlight Bracket - [USDM/JDM] - 62560-80F00 - $75 each (2 required)
  • Corner light (Right) - [USDM/JDM] - 26170-81F25 - $40
  • Corner light (Left) - [USDM/JDM] - 26175-81F25 - $40

Headlights
Both USDM and JDM headlights are projector based, JDMs have larger projectors however they are also designed for RHD cars and roadways. Beam Patterns are usually low on the side of on coming traffic as to not blind other motorists and high on the side of the road to help light up signs. using JDM lights on US roads means you'll bind oncoming traffic and will not light up road signs. This is something to keep in mind when buying headlights. 3rd party headlights without projectors are also available. Personally I don't see any compelling reason to go with the JDM headlights considering the safety risk as well as the added cost.
If anyone has any information on EDM LHD 200sx headlights please let me know.
  • Headlight (Right) - [USDM] - 26010-81F25 $170
  • Headlight (Left) - [USDM] - 26060-81F25 $170
or
  • Headlight (Right) - [JDM] - 26010-????? - $250
  • Headlight (Left) - [JDM] - 26060-????? $250

Front Bumper Cover/Lights
The Styling of the bumper cover (facia) for the USDM and JDM Kouki are dramatically different. The USDM version has a lot of openings and takes it's styling cues from the Skyline, while the JDM version is more simplistic and unique. The lips and turn signals are NOT interchangeable between these two, if you go with the USDM bumper cover then you must use the USDM turn signals and visa versa.
  • Front Bumper Cover - [USDM] - F2022-81F25 - $220
  • Turn Signal (clear) (Right) - [USDM] - 26130-70F25 - $40
  • Turn Signal (clear) (Leftt) - [USDM] - 26135-70F25 - $40
  • Front Lip (optional) - [USDM] - 96015-81F00 - $270
or
  • Front Bumper Cover (K's) - [JDM] - 62022-80F25 - $250
  • Turn Signal (K's)(amber)(Right) - [JDM] - 26125-80F25 - $40
  • Turn Signal (K's)(amber)(Left) - [JDM] - 26120-80F25 - $40
  • Front Lip (K's)(optional) - [JDM] - K6010-80F50 - $400

Grill
The Grill is interchangeable between the USDM and JDM front bumper covers. You could also go without any grill at all, or use any number of aftermarket grills available.
  • Grill (optional) - [USDM] - 62310-81F25 $120
or
  • Grill (K's)(optional) - [JDM] - 62310-80F00 $130

Rear End
I'm missing quite a bit of info about the rear end parts, if you know the part numbers please let me know and I will add them.
AFAIK The Rear Spoiler and bumper cover on the USDM Kouki are identical to the USDM Zenki.
  • Backup lights (includes Nissan Badge) - [USDM/JDM] - ?????-????? - $260
  • Taillights (right) - [USDM/JDM] - ?????-????? - $140
  • Taillights (left) - [USDM/JDM] - ?????-????? - $140
  • K's Rear Bumper Cover - [JDM] - ?????-????? - $250
  • K's Rear Spoiler - [JDM] - ?????-????? - $500
