Default Boost creep issues

What's up guys?, its me again.. Lol.
Let me start by saying I've never had a boost creep issue before with this setup in 3 years.Ive been using a 38mm GSP wastegate with a 10psi spring and a greddy profec EBC set to 18psi.
As some of you know I recently had my car dyno tuned and since then I've had nothing but problems.
At first I had a spark cut issue that turned out to be the overboost protection was set very low (19psi) and I was running 18 so I thought the boost spike wasn't able to level out because of the over boost protection , so I raised the settings to cut spark at 23psi instead of 19psi and took it for a ride and it shot up to 23psi and cut, I tried turning the boost controller down all the way and no change I even turned the power off and it still went to 23psi.
After some research I decided to ditch the boost controller and put a 18psi spring in the wastegate and turn the boost cut off completely to see how high it will creep to. Well that didn't help at all and it creeped up to 28psi and then the charge pipe popped off at the TB.
I got home and put the coupler back on and did a boost leak test and air is whooshing out of the waste gate dump tube, It takes a little while but I can get it to 18 psi with no leaks but at the dump tube.
I did notice this slight gap at the WG to Mani flange but no air was leaking out.

Sorry for the long post guys but its hard to explain shortly. I just can't figure out why this creep is happening ever since I got this tune..

No I never did because of this issue. I didn't want to waste dyno time because of a mechanical issue .

Here's an update. I took the waste gate off and doubled up the gasket and that seemed to help seal it better but when I went for a ride it shot up to 25psi at 6krpm in 2nd gear and 28psi by 5k rpm in 3rd. After that I got nervous and went home.
My next step is to put the 10 psi spring back in it and see if that will work. I'm hoping this 18psi spring they sent was wrong and could be 28 psi spring... After that I'm stumped....

I would try to borrow a manual boost controller as a fail safe and see.
If not, maybe its time for a new wastegate.

What up guys .. So I changed the supposed 18 psi waste gate spring to the 12 psi spring and that seemed to do the job. Now it holds 15psi to redline. Problem is my tune is for 18 psi so I put the boost controller back in and to my surprise she shot up to 30 psi 😱 that was the initial issue bad boost controller .
So I'm going to get a boost solenoid and run boost control thru megasquirt.

Curious to see if it was a bad WG or BC.

It was def the controller went bad. I've been running 15 psi steady wastegate pressure since I took the EBC out.
