Default Turbo seals, oil rings or valve seals?

What's up guys I got a question for you all.
My car started smoking blue from the tailpipe last night . it only does it between shifts and on deceleration. I can start it up and let It idle with no smoke but once I drive it it will smoke for a little bit at idle but then goes away , it smokes kind of heavy on decel and puffs between shifts. I did a compression test today and the #'s were 130-125psi across all 4 cylinders (7.8:1cr) and all the spark plugs looked normal..

I'm thinking its the turbo but there's one thing that's making me feel otherwise. I get smoke from the PCV box ,oil filler and dipstick once I drive it. Theres No smoke on a cold start idle. Turbo does have in and out shaft play about 1/4-1/2 inch play. There's no oil residue on the charge pipe either.
Thanks for your time fellas its much appreciated

I have the pcv box on the side of the block to a catch can that's vented to atmosphere.I plugged the pcv check valve on the manifold and the Valve cover breather is open aswell.

I had one side of the catch can to pre turbo and the other to the pcv box on the block but some one told me the box should be to atmosphere...

the pcv/catch can setup is always a battle. some say one way some say the other. i had a smoking issue solved by running it pre turbo so i always vote to run it pre turbo rather than atmosphere
