Default 265/50/18 drag radial on rear of s13.

What's up guys ? A buddy of mine has 2 nt555r 265/50/18 tires that are the wrong size for his car and I want to buy them but I'm a little worried that they won't fit on my car. I have 18x9.5 +20 rear rims and there's no roll/pull in the quarters as of now... What are your thoughts on this?

All depends on ride height but I feel like you're gonna have a hell of a time if that thing squats.
