Default Chasebays Review

I recently had the pleasure of doing a transaction with chasebays. First let me start off by saying I had purchased the BB Delete and DIY Hardline Kit for it off of Zilvia.net from a member. Unused and in good shape. When it became time to start to tackle the job I made the decision to go with their flexible tef-lon line kit.

I contacted them and explained my situation. Even though i did not directly buy the kit from them, they took my DIY kit back and gave me decent credit for it! Some of it was opened and the hardware was dinged up from the guy I had purchased it from which is why i didn't get full credit.

But, in the end i couldn't be happier with their customer service. I was responded via email fast and every email was professional and to the point. I am currently waiting on the tracking number for my package. I wound up ordering their Clutch Line too.

I've read a lot of recent reviews about how their customer service isn't the greatest. But, I personally am very satisfied and plan to order more stuff through them.

Well i got them on. Took it for a spin. And I was just not expecting it. Pedal was firm but for daily driving I found it too much effort. Gonna go back to my old setup.

But as far as chasebays goes, they let me return my lines! lol The BB delete i got off a member on Zilvia.

Not a huge fan of chase bays over priced stuff. Most of it is off summit racing anyhow.

But props to them for letting you return used stuff

Definitely Overpriced. But yes, the main highlight of the review is that they let me return my used stuff.
